Our History

AIF Ingredients

Our story begins in the 1990s. The founding family has been developing customized and technological cheese and sauce solutions for the French and European food industry for 30 years.

Identifying the growing need for functional ingredients from food manufacturers wishing to manufacture locally while controlling their process and costs, the second generation of the family started AIF Ingredients in 2013.

The first pilot productions led rapidly to the opening of a manufacturing site in Theix (56) to develop and manufacture a wide range of functional ingredients for cheese preparations and sauces.

Today, a team of 20 people and 2 production lines produce 12000T/year.

On the strength of this success, the company is preparing to move to a new manufacturing site in 2025 to reach a total capacity of 25,000 T/year.
